	DANIEL BARTHE Mortgage Specialist - French Speaking daniel@pacificrimloans.com 503.320.9451 Mobile 503.684.5800 Office A former contract administrator with the US Department of Defense, Daniel is retired and has a primary goal of helping new homeowners get into their first homes with a smooth transition.  Daniel notes that many brokers are quick to take advantage of first-time home buyers, and is in the unique position of a post-retirement career in mortgage lending to assist them.  As a decorated USAF soldier from the Vietnam era, he is also particularly interested in helping veterans and their families with home ownership.  He is a graduate in business from George Fox University.
	UYEN COOK President, East Portland & Vancouver Mortgage Centers Director, Vietnamese Practice Group uyen@pacificrimloans.com 503.702.8770 Mobile 503.761.3543 Office Uyen's diverse background in process management, IT, and tax consulting led her to develop Pacific Rim Mortgage's East Multnomah County/Portland branch located within AVI Tax and Insurance Services.  She works clients who speak a total of 23 languages, and speaks Vietnamese fluently.  In addition to her role with the branch, she is also director of the firm's Vietnamese Practice Group.
	SAM CROSKELL Senior Mortgage Planner The Dave Slavish Group sam@pacificrimloans.com 503.684.5800 ext. 33 Office After spending three successful decades in media and marketing, Sam began to promote real estate investment and the art of leveraging property as a method to meet financial goals.  His practice assists clients in determining the best specific circumstance loan options to suit short and long term financial goals.  With a goal of balancing the art and science of finance, he develops programs to maximize return and manage risk of equity ownership.  His approach to mortgage planning involves other portfolio management professionals in the long term care and nurturing of client assets.
	DAVE SLAVISH President The Dave Slavish Group dave@pacificrimloans.com 503.684.5800 ext. 31 Office Formerly sales manager with Advanced Lending, Dave joined PRM as a mortgage center president in March 2006.  His mortgage center is rapidly approaching top producer status, and he has assembled a titan-level talent base with years of experience in mortgage lending.  He is also an advisor to the corporate management committee due to his infinite knowledge about the industry.  He is a member of the Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals and sits on its Membership Committee.
