Pacific Rim Mortgage, founded in November 2002 by President/Broker/CEO Victoria Bigham.  Licensed in Oregon and Washington, PRM's mission is to provide outstanding mortgage options and solutions to insure a sound financial future of our clients.  As a full service locally-owned mortgage brokerage with corporate offices located in Tigard and five mortgage center offices throughout the Metropolitan Portland area and Willamette Valley.  Specializing in residential, commercial, and investment properties, its mortgage consultants work with clients, real estate agents, and developers in numerous demographic markets.  The company has relationships with many prominent lenders, and is securing authorization to work with HUD in table funding and warehouse lending lines.
